‘For the second time in just over a week, the Chabad Pop-up has been targeted by graffiti on its front window.

On Monday afternoon, Rabbi Raphi Steiner was alerted to the latest graffiti: “Zionist Dogs, stop killing children, the goyim know” was written on three separate lines in marker on the middle of the three windows of the building facing Gordon Street, near College Avenue.

It comes after a separate message was discovered on the same window panel on May 30.

Guelph police is investigating.

“We want to assure the public that we take all reported crime, including hate-motivated crime, very seriously,” states a police news release. “In all incidents, resources are utilized to ensure a thorough investigation is conducted. All of our officers receive training in hate-motivated criminal offences.”‘
