Dr. Tali Marcus is the executive director of Bizchut, The Center for Human Rights of People with Disabilities. Established by the the Association for Civil Rights in Israel in 1992, Bizchut aims to promote equality for people with disabilities in Israel, through legal and justice-focused means, to social and educational initiatives. Bizchut is not just focused on changing policy, but on building a society that enables the full integration of individuals with disabilities.
