Professor Avi Bell is a professor ar both the Faculty of Law at Bar Ilan University and the University of San Diego School of Law, as well as a Senior Fellow at the Kohelet Policy Forum. His academic specialties include international law, the laws of war, land use laws, and more. He has written and spoken extensively on the Arab-Israeli conflict, especially from a legal perspective. Bell served in an IDF reserve paratrooper brigade in combat during the Second Lebanon war.
