With experience as an attorney in New York, Anne Herzberg joined NGO Monitor as the Legal Advisor. Her expertise spans areas of international human rights, including law, institutions (the United Nations, for one), and NGOs, along with particulars such as business and human rights, the laws of armed conflict, universal jurisdiction,the UN and the Arab-Israeli conflict, and more. She has authored various articles and opinion editorials, as well as the widely cited “NGO Lawfare: Exploitation of Courts in the Arab-Israeli Conflict,” and co-author of Best Practices for Human Rights and Humanitarian NGO Fact-finding, along with The Goldstone Report ‘Reconsidered’: A Critical Analysis and Filling in the Blanks, which she co-edited.
